If you’ve signed up using manual email registration, or if you’ve originally registered with a Google account and later added a password to it, you can reset your password using the same process described below.
This ensures that both standard email users and Google-linked users (who’ve added a manual password) can securely recover access to their accounts through the “Forgot Password” option on the sign-in page.
How to Reset Your Password
If you registered with your email and password, you can easily reset your password at any time using the Forgot Password option.
Follow these steps carefully to recover access to your account.
Step 1 — Go to the Sign-In Page
- Visit thetruetrade.io.
- Enter your registered email address in the email field.
- Tap “Continue” to proceed.
Step 3 — Tap “Forgot Password”
-
When you reach the page asking for your password, look for the link “Forgot Password?” located below the password field.
- Tap on it.
- A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address within a few seconds.
- If you don’t see it, check your Spam folder.
- Inside the email, click the “Reset Password” button.
-
This will open a secure TrueTrade page where you can define a new password.
Step 6 — Set a New Password
- Enter your new password twice (for confirmation).
- Make sure it’s strong: at least 8 characters, including letters and numbers.
-
Tap “Update Password”.
Step 7 — Log In with Your New Password
- Once your password is reset successfully, you’ll be redirected to the login page.
- Enter your email and the new password you just set.
