How to Register via Wallet – The True Trade

Register via Wallet Connect

This option connects your existing crypto wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet, SafePal) so you retain full control of your funds. This is a Non-Custodial Model.

Step 1.1 – Navigate to the registration page

Go to the TrueTrade website.
Click the “Connect” button located at the top right.

Step 1.2 – Choose your wallet type

From the pop-up list, select your preferred wallet provider — you’ll see a full list of EVM and non-EVM wallets such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, OKX Wallet, SafePal, and others.

If you’re using the web version, make sure your wallet’s browser extension is installed and active.
Alternatively, you can connect your wallet via WalletConnect QR code, which lets you link your mobile wallet without having any extension installed.

⚠️ Make sure you connect an EVM-compatible wallet (BNB Chain supported), as TrueTrade currently operates exclusively on the BNB Smart Chain network.

Step 1.3 – Authorise the connection

Your wallet will show a request asking you to approve the connection by TrueTrade.
Read the permissions (usually it’s just to view your wallet address, not move funds). Approve the request.

Step 1.4 - Verify Wallet Ownership

After connecting your wallet or completing email sign-in, you’ll need to verify your wallet before entering the dashboard. Confirming that the wallet belongs to you without granting any access to your funds.
A message will appear.

A signature request will open in your wallet.
Review and tap “Sign.”
The process is gasless, but keep at least 0.005 BNB for validation.

Once connected, you’ll see your wallet address displayed on the TrueTrade profile.

Important Notes

Ensure you are visiting the official TrueTrade website and not a phishing site.

Choose a strong, unique password for your Google or Telegram account (if used) and enable 2FA.

If you use the Wallet Connect method, you retain custody of your funds, TrueTrade does not hold them for you.

After account creation, you may need to select a trading mode (Web3 non-custodial or Gasless mode) before depositing or trading, make sure to read the instructions specific to your mode.
