Logging in to your TrueTrade account follows almost the same steps as signing up; the only difference is that instead of creating a new account, you simply enter your existing credentials and verify your access (via OTP, wallet confirmation, or connected account). The overall process and interface remain the same.

How to Log In to Your TrueTrade Account

TrueTrade offers three secure login methods: Wallet Connect, Google Sign-In, and Telegram Login.

Log In via Wallet Connect

This method is ideal if you’ve previously signed up using a crypto wallet such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or any other supported wallet.

Step 1.1 — Go to the TrueTrade Homepage

Visit thetruetrade.io.
Click “Connect” in the top-right corner.

Step 1.2 — Choose Wallet

From the pop-up menu, select Wallet Connect.
Pick your wallet provider (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.).
If your wallet is installed or added as a browser extension, select it directly from the list.
Otherwise, choose “WalletConnect” to connect via QR code using your mobile wallet.

Step 1.3 — Confirm Connection in Your Wallet

A window will open in your wallet asking for confirmation.
Approve the connection (request is view-only, no fund access).

Step 1.4 — Verify Wallet Ownership

After connecting your wallet, a quick signature verification is required to confirm it’s really yours.
You’ll see a pop-up asking you to sign a one-time message; it’s gasless and doesn’t give access to your funds.
Just tap “Sign” in your wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.), and you’ll be instantly logged in to your TrueTrade account.

Log In via Google Sign-In

A fast, convenient option using your Google account credentials.

Step 2.1 — Visit the TrueTrade Website
Go to the TrueTrade website and tap on the “Connect” button at the top-right corner.
Step 2.2 — Choose Google Login
If you’ve already signed up using your Google account, select “Google” from the login options.
Step 2.3 — Authenticate & Connect
Choose your Google account (or enter your credentials if prompted), then confirm the connection.
You’ll be instantly logged in to your TrueTrade account.

If you’ve added a password to your TrueTrade account (whether you signed up manually with email or through Google), simply enter your email address and the password you’ve set to log in — no additional verification is required.

Log In via Telegram Login

The quickest social login option, no passwords, just one-tap verification via your Telegram account.

Step 3.1 — Open the TrueTrade Website

Go to thetruetrade.io and click “Log In”.

Step 3.2 — Choose “Login with Telegram”

Select the Telegram icon from the login options.

Step 3.3 — Authorise the Telegram Connection

If the TrueTrade app is already connected to your Telegram account (you can check this under Telegram → Settings → Privacy and Security → Active Sessions / Connected Apps), selecting Telegram Login will instantly log you into your account.
Otherwise, you’ll be prompted to authorize the connection again. Simply confirm using the same Telegram account you originally signed up with to complete the login process.

Log In via Email

If you have already registered with your email, follow these steps to log in securely.

Step 5.1 — Go to the Login Page

Visit thetruetrade.io.
Click “Connect” at the top-right.

Step 5.2 — Choose “Log In with Email”

In the Log-In page, enter your registered email address, followed by the password you set, and you’ll be logged in to your TrueTrade account instantly.

How to Log Out of Your TrueTrade Account

Logging out of your account ensures your trading session stays secure, especially when using shared or public devices.

Regardless of how you logged in (Wallet, Google, Telegram, or Email), the process is exactly the same.

Step 1 — Open the Profile Menu

On the TrueTrade dashboard, look at the top-right corner of the screen.
Click or tap on your profile icon.

Step 2 — Tap “Log Out”

From the dropdown menu, tap the “Log Out” icon.
A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you’re sure you want to log out.

You are now logged out!

Security Tips

Don’t approve unknown wallet pop-ups.

Enable 2FA on your Google or Telegram account.
