TrueTrade’s Simple Trading Mode gives beginners a clean, intuitive layout for perpetual trading, combining TradingView charts, a detailed trading panel, and clear position tracking.
Chart Section
The TrueTrade Chart is fully powered by TradingView, offering professional-grade visualization directly inside the platform.
You can switch timeframes, use indicators, draw tools, and analyze price movements in real-time, all through our official TradingView integration.
Trading Panel
The Trading Panel is where you open, manage, and close your perpetual positions.
It’s designed for precision and simplicity, giving you access to all key trading parameters in one place.
Order Type
- Market Order: Executes immediately at the current market (mark) price.
Example: BTCUSDT = 67,000 → “Buy Market” opens instantly near that price.
- Limit Order: Opens only when the market reaches your chosen entry price.
Example: You place a Buy Limit at 66,500. Once BTC hits 66,500, the position opens automatically.

Forced liquidations, TP/SL orders, and Unrealized PnL calculations on TrueTrade are all based on the Mark Price, not the last traded price, ensuring fair execution, accurate profit/loss tracking, and protection against market manipulation during volatility.
Long vs Short
- Long (Buy): You expect the price to rise, and profit when BTC goes up.
- Short (Sell): You expect the price to fall, profit when BTC goes down.
Leverage
Leverage lets you control a larger trade with smaller capital.
- Example: 10× leverage on $100 margin = $1,000 position size( Notional Value )
- Higher leverage amplifies both profit and risk; small price swings can lead to liquidation.
Margin & Position Size
- Margin(Collateral): The amount of your balance allocated to a trade.
- Position Size: Calculated as Margin × Leverage.
Example: $50 margin × 20× = $1,000 position value. Initial Margin is $50
All margin and settlement operations on TrueTrade are conducted in USDT, serving as the unified collateral for opening, maintaining, and closing perpetual positions.
Stop-Loss (SL) & Take-Profit (TP)
- Stop-Loss (SL): Automatically closes your trade if the market moves against you.
Example: Long BTC at 67,000 → SL = 66,500 limits loss to $500 range.*
- Take-Profit (TP): Closes the trade automatically when the profit target is reached.
Example: Long BTC at 67,000 → TP = 68,000 locks in profit.*
