The Account page gives you a complete snapshot of your TrueTrade profile, showing balances, deposit and withdrawal details, and your linked email or wallet information.
Use this page to manage your funds, monitor balances, and perform deposits or withdrawals securely.
Account Information
At the top of the page, you’ll see your registered account details:
- Email / Wallet Address/ TG: your primary account identifier
- Copy Address: quick button to copy your linked wallet address
Logout: tap the power icon to safely log out of your session
Balance Summary
Your account shows four main balance types:
- Total Balance: overall amount of assets in your account (all sections combined)
- Withdrawable Balance: amount available for immediate withdrawal
- Credit Balance: funds credited by the platform (e.g., rewards, adjustments, or internal credits)
- Bonus Balance: promotional or campaign bonuses that may have specific usage rules
Each value is displayed in USDT.
Deposit Section
This section allows you to add funds to your TrueTrade account.
- Coin: choose the token you want to deposit (USDT).
- Chain: select the blockchain network (Tron - BSC).
Deposit Address: A unique address will appear; you can scan the QR code or copy the address.
⚠️ Always double-check the network and address before transferring. Sending to the wrong chain may result in permanent loss of funds.
Withdraw Section
This is where you can transfer funds out of your TrueTrade account.
- Coin: select the asset to withdraw (USDT).
- Chain: choose the blockchain network for the withdrawal (Tron - BSC).
- Address: Enter your external wallet address carefully.
- Amount: specify how much you want to withdraw.
Fee: shown automatically at the bottom of the panel.
After submission, the system will calculate:
- Total Balance
- Withdrawable Amount
- Network Fee (0.5 USDT)
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 USDT.
Most withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes, but for large or flagged transactions, an additional 1–6 hour security review may apply.
- Withdrawals may require email or 2FA confirmation, depending on your security settings.
Quick Tips
- Always ensure your email and 2FA are enabled for withdrawal security.
- Use the same network (e.g., Tron → Tron) when depositing or withdrawing.
- If you face issues, check the transaction history or contact support before retrying.
